I am so sorry to hear that you felt like my communication was sub par. Communication is actually something I pride myself on so I was really confused and concerned to see this. I absolutely presented your offer and I told your agent the evening of the offer deadline that we were moving forward with another offer so I am unsure of where the break down is. I have screen shots of this communication with him. My seller chose another offer. I'm sorry. I wish you the absolute best in your home search and again, apologize for any confusion.
