I’m unsure what I may have been making up as documentation is available for everything. I picked up a truck load of trash the day of closing and the very next day I said “I would grab the rest but I am not sure when.” The property closed on 25NOV. It has not even been 2 months. 5 days after I said I would grab the rest, on 30NOV you sent a text saying “this is what’s left. I put it in garbage bags” with a picture. That was the only text. There was not 2 ignored texts. On 26DEC, 1 month after closing, not 2, you sent a text saying you had had it picked up.
