Thank you for your review Vincenzo. The reason I did not contact the owner about your proposal to rent his unit is because I was protecting the interest of my customer/owner. What you proposed to do by renting the unit for a one year term and then subleasing it on a short term basis using airbnb is: 1) A huge liability to my owner in terms of insurance & liabilities. 2) If you do not own the unit you must have a real estate license to do rentals. 3) I had a conversation with the Condo Association President and they would not approve you as a prospective tenant knowing you had plans to sublease it on airbnb. I will accept your bad review to protect the best interest of my owner/customer.
