Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify my role in this rental transaction. I served only as the listing agent for the property in January 2024, and my professional duty was completed once a lease agreement was signed and the home was rented. I am NOT the property manager for this property, nor do I oversee ongoing maintenance or communication between the landlord and tenant. As the property owner resides overseas, there may have been communication challenges between the owner and tenant. However, these matters are beyond my scope and responsibilities as a listing agent. I take my professional reputation very seriously and always strive to provide honest, reliable service to my clients. While I understand your frustrations, it is important for future tenants and owners to know that ongoing property management was never part of my role in this lease.
