Be careful, all landlords! It took the owner 2 years to get him move out with the discount rental and free stay. With his law technical skill, he is good at drafting the lease addendum with ambiguous words. Then he tried to fraud every penny with the flood of the emails.

I could not make sure that that potential tenant will take the lease until the owner received the deposit and signed lease. This tenant signed the lease before we met. Also I drove one hour to meet you and show you the property according with your requirements. You should have known that the situation was changing during our waiting time for your schedule. The owner had the right to rent the unit out to whom came first.
