I appreciate your review and am sorry for any misunderstanding. However, due to requirements by the Real Estate Companies we as agents cannot show any property to a client without a signed contract and without a proof of funds, since you were paying cash, no one would show you a property. It protects us and you as a client. I hope you were able to obtain a place and I wish you and your family the best.
