As a child I had great memories of looking at houses with my dad. He would take me to properties he was in the process of acquiring.
As an adult, I got my real estate license in California in 1979. I worked with The Dorilla Gorillas, a Century 21 franchise in the San Fernando Valley. I focused on custom homes in Encino, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, and Woodland Hills, South of the boulevard.
In 1984 I moved to Hawaii, and was licensed there as well....
