We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in TX 75039Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI flew all the way from LA to view this property today based upon two assumptions: 1) the pics in this listing were an accurate representation 2) Realtor was to show me comparable properties.
The property does not in any way resemble the posting pictu...

Unfortunately you can't please everyone. The home was just leased to a Dallas Cowboy Football Player. The smell was pinesol disinfectant as the maids had left 30 minutes prior to the showing. The grass and weeds were explained from the beginning, landscapers had not come out yet. Also the carpets had not been cleaned, which was explained in the beginning. After cleaning, the carpets look brand new since it is high end berber in this Mediterranean style home. The only thing available to lease in the same area were apartments. It is a beautiful home that was in the middle of a make ready process by one of the most prominent and respected property management companies in the North Texas area, Ebby Halliday Property Management & Leasing. Do you think a professional NFL player would lease this home if it was that bad?
