I'm sorry you feel this way, Kaleb. Your home purchase was handled with professionalism, transparency, and integrity from start to finish. From the beginning, we discussed the option of private inspections versus FHA appraisal inspection and you elected to waive the inspection - this was fully documented in writing and acknowledged by both you and your co-buyer. Your closing occurred more than six weeks after contract execution, giving you ample time for consideration. I negotiated $8,000 in seller concessions, and additional $6,000 in broker fee coverage, and you received over $8,000 in lender grants and credits. You closed with just 1.4% in costs and your home appraised for $21,000 above purchase price. I regret that you are experiencing buyer's remorse, but the transaction was conducted ethically and with your full consent throughout. I wish you the best moving forward.
