I apologize for your experience. I was never aware of any problems or concerns. I marketed your home and ALWAYS gave you my honest professional advice at the best of my ability. I worked hard to sell your home for top dollar even with a low appraisal from buyer1, I advised you to go back on the market- I knew you could get more money.. and you DID! Unfortunately, you owned your home for a short time (less than 2 yrs.) and the "appreciation" it acquired could not make up the negative equity you obtained when you purchased. Your home was also in an HOA in which that mgmt co. charges the seller a "transfer fee" other than that fee charged by the HOA, you paid the STANDARD fees that are required by all sellers. I made several attempts to reach you after closing and get your forwarding address, I never heard back. If I had known you were unhappy, I would've worked with you to quickly remedy the situation.
