    Danielle, thank you for the review. We always look for feedback to better ourselves. With that said I’m confused when I read this… I was referred to you by your neighbor. Who was referred by his, and so on. Your home was the 4th on your block, and something like 10 in your development that we sold, so I don’t understand how we had a lack of knowledge in your neighborhood. I do apologize about the photography. We were in and out pretty fast. We find that most clients appreciate that. I do recall something about the garbage in the garage, but honestly given how long ago this happened I don’t remember how that went. Either way it is my job to make sure you’re happy with everything we do. If you would have told me that you were displeased with the picture we would have been happy to do a retake or to photoshop the picture, but you didn’t say anything to me instead writing a negative review about it. When we were told that you needed to leave the state mid transaction we offered to watch your home for you, donate and/or do a dump run for anything you didn’t want to take with you, and to do a final cleaning of the property, at no cost to you. Which we did. This is not a standard thing that Realtors do for clients. I am also curious why you feel that we got lucky with your home sale? We sold it in under 2 weeks and for $10 thousand above list price, essentially covering around the amount of our commission. I’d think most would say that’s a victory. I agree and also believe we simply did not click. However, the review you left does not make sense, not with the service you were given. I’m curious what prompted this as when the home closed I asked for a review and you said that you don’t do those… then two years later you wrote this. With the services we provided I don’t understand how you believe the best thing we did was put you in contact with another agent. But, with everything said I am sorry you didn’t have a great experience and that you felt something was lacking. Update: Thank you for modifying... this makes more sense. I really do apologize, above where I said that it is my job to make sure that each client has a great experience. I truly believe in that. Regardless of anything, including personality conflicts. In hind site it sounds like I should have paid more attention and looked for any signs of being displeased. I am glad you ended up in a good place and that at the very end of your journey (with your purchase) it ended happily.
