Sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Kill devil hills, NC.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsLittle to no negotiating skills, weak representation, poor communicator and let the buyers agent run all over him. A very nice man, but not the person you would want to help you sell a house. You'd be better off doing a "for sale by owner".
