Sonny DeClara has been a Licensed Associate Broker since 1975. In the mid 80's, he owned his own successful real estate firm. Shortly after the stock market took a 25% decline one day in the Fall of 1987, he proceeded to own and operate, as Chairman and Founder, a moderately sized mortgage company.  Following four years in attendance at the American Institute of Banking, the transition to servicing the banking business was naturally seamless.
