17 years and two bad reviews. One from a client who thought real estate law more like a suggestion and you. The fact is your husband took two weeks from the original showing to commit to a $ 750.00 dollar a month studio and in that time the landlord rented it to someone else. The fact is that your both drug your feet on filling out the applications and credit checks. The fact is your husband to this day never filled out his application. The fact is that you used two emails (of his) to fill out your credit and application. Personally, I think you're throwing stones from a glass house but you're entitled to do so but I also think you should mention you were offered two other units in the building (a bit smaller but less money) and that you'd rather fight than have a summer place in ACY. That's my take on the situation. I hope you have found something that suits your needs.
