I truly apologize for any miscommunication we may have had. After having rescheduled your trip three times I worked diligently to arrange my schedule to coordinate your trip to NC. While you were here you were able to spend quite a bit of time at the property and it was my understanding you were very impressed with your trip and happy about the amount of time you were able to spend at the property. I had also been very upfront and honest about the interest on the house and the 2 other offers that were already in place that were much higher than the maximum amount you shared that you would be willing to spend. I understand missing out on such a great deal must be very frustrating and that trip felt like wasted time. As a follow up on the transaction, FOUR offers were presented on this property. It has now closed and the purchase amount was $365,000...which was $35,000 more than your highest offer.
