We have loved hearing about how much you have enjoyed the home, and how it has been a great place to congregate with your family as the kids get older. This just reinforces our belief that a home is truly the place where memories are made, and is the structure to be filled with life and love. It is deeply concerning when an individual chooses to misuse a public platform in an attempt to discredit and defame a professional, particularly when their statements are demonstrably false and misleading. Zillow’s own review policy clearly states that “you may not submit real estate professional reviews or responses to real estate professional reviews that are unrelated to a true interaction with an agent and their real estate services or offerings, including information that is not relevant within the context of the services provided by the professional.” In this case, no agency relationship or representation ever existed between myself and the individual who submitted this review. Therefore, its publication is in direct violation of Zillow’s published review policies.
