Chloe, As I texted you and your husband privately, I’m very confused and disheartened by your review. I do not feel that this accurately describes my performance or professionalism, and at no point during our time working together did I know that you were unhappy with my service. I wish that we could have mended this over the phone before your feelings were posted publicly, and I would love to still speak with you both. I have your closing gift next to my desk, but my texts and calls have been left unanswered. There are 2 things that I pride myself in when it comes to my business, first and foremost, is the way I balance being a husband and father while being attentive to my clients. I communicated this to you both when the situation arose, but I’m truly sorry that my time was taken from you while I was needed at home by my sick child. A priority call had to be made, and I am irreplaceable in my home. At the same time, my intentions were to do what I could for you to prevent moving your time pertinent closing date. Secondly, I pride myself in my transparency and communication, as can be noted from several previous reviews, so I truly regret that you did not feel the same. Your closing date is a few weeks past at this point, but please reach out if there is anything I can do to mend the relationship for the future.
