    So, according to you, I advocated for my client and got them the result they desired? Isn't that what a fiduciary is supposed to do? You make it sound like I pulled out books and did some digging into the laws to find some "loophole", when in fact I am aware of the state laws (3 states, mind you, as it is my job to do so). Did your agent inform you of the laws? Did they advise you of the time frames and contingencies set forth in the contract? Did they present all documents within the time frames as required? If not, are you aware that you may have recourse against your agent for potential money lost on your deal? Next time, try hiring someone who knows what they are doing, rather than blasting the opposing agent for doing their job, (and very well, I may add).
