This doesn't sound like me! :) An unfortunate thing with anonymous reviews like this one is that Zillow cannot verify whether there even was a legitimate client/agent relationship that occurred. If this is in fact a legitimate review, there was clearly a disconnect, because the words that are used fly in the face of how others have described me: “dedicated,” “caring,” “hard-working,” “knowledgeable,” “attentive.” I strive to understand each client’s needs and wants, and work to achieve them with an efficient and successful process, and a good sense of humor to boot! I’m sorry that you can’t write of the happy experience that hundreds of satisfied clients have enjoyed with me, and I truly hope that you find the home of your dreams!
