Thank you for that kind review. This was my first listing. Just a bit of clarification is that the mentioned property was a single wide mobile home on just over one acre of land. We had to set the price on the higher end in order to be able to pay off the mortgage in case of a sell. Unfortunately this proved to be too much to attract showings.
