All my tenants would agree that I respect their privacy. This is a multi-family property with other tenants. This tenant had no problem with me clearing snow from the walk way leading to their door, without a pre-notification. Due to freezing in the forecast last Fall I did stop by and disconnect the hoses, never heard that it was a problem. My records show 3 calls for repairs. 1- A ceiling fan that needed to be re-balanced so it didn't wobble at high speed, for which I corrected. 2- Water puddling near the front of the side-by-side refrigerator. I assessed the problem and called an appliance repair company. 3- A backed up toilet that they admitted was clogged due to flushing inappropriate material. I assessed the problem and required them to call a plumber. I allowed this tenant to get out of their lease early due to new employment in Denver. I refused to falsify a tenant history disclosure form, for their new landlord. This caused them to become very unhappy with me.
