client needed to find a home to lease immediately. I worked extremely fast to get her documentation. The credit bureau recommended declining there application. The owner reviewed application, credit & her explanation and income. I asked questions to see what i could negotiate. she could pay just sec dep and rent. I worked diligently to get her in. The owner wanted to recieve money before we gave keys. she sent our broker check and money, she provided a text, payment to be recieived within 6 days? I take pride in immediate professional service. First of all, I know my business extremely well, I was very patient, I hurried to type a lease and get her in this quickly? I guess all my hard work in 2 days is unappreciated. This feedback is unacceptable for as much time and effort as I put in.
