Hello Eddie and Marta, Wow! I'm so surprised to hear of your dissatisfaction after 7 years. I know you listed your home with another realtor & then when it didn't sell you came back to me. And, after I sold you the house in 2004, you only expressed your satisfaction. Now, I noticed you listed your home as a "FOR SALE BY OWNER" for $790K & just reduced it by $100K after only 5 days on the market. All of your comments in your review are inaccurate and libelous. Your review has been flagged by Zillow and referred to their Moderation Team for removal. And, sorry to say, it appears as though you do not entrust or respect ONE SINGLE REALTOR in the State of California to have the knowledge and competency to represent you in the sale of your home.
