The work was well planned, well executed, and well managed. If at any time, SureBuilt saw the need for a Change Order which would add cost or delay progress, SureBuilt conferred with me and explained the change and the associated cost and quality. His work was the best by far of any contractor I or my husband had ever used and my husband worked for Keller Williams for several years and we both owned real estate.
