It is unfortunate that you felt this way . I tried thru out the transaction to make it as easy as I could for you I always have a lot of local service people that I am happy to recommend and often do . I offered to meet the service people at your home to make the transaction as easy for you as possible. The photos were done before I met you or I would have had them done as I do for all of my listings. I have sold many high end homes in the area other than "trailers" as you put it . I never put any ones needs above yours . The buyers agent tried to help in many ways as well and in fact did meet the service person for you .. as to make the transaction smoother for all parties involved . I got you an offer within 1 hour after listing the property. The glitch in the deal was caused by the buyers lender no one else. I offered to pay for the repair as well even though it was caused by your not have the cooling system in order before close
