Its unfortunate that the market was so volatile at the time of listing. Purchasing another home prior to selling your current home puts a great deal of stress on you as a home seller. I wish that we were able to get it sold for you in your timeframe. Price point has been very volatile in the last several years and since banks demand "current home sales" to drive the current home values it sometimes gets to be a slippery slope.
