Unfortunately, we can't always speak directly to an attack like this. When we are contacted to list a property, we are required to validate that the person contacting us has the authority to sell a property. The seller also needs to know we are involved, and that the contact doesn't come from someone who has instead represented to them that they are going to buy their property.
