Dear Abdul, I want to sincerely apologize again for missing our appointment. As I mentioned in my earlier email message, I became very sick overnight with a high fever and ended up sleeping through the morning, which caused me to miss our appointment. This was the first time something like this has happened to me, and I understand how frustrating and inconvenient it must have been for you, especially after making the trip from Blaine to Maple Grove. I would never intentionally ignore your calls or messages, and I feel truly terrible about how this situation played out. I hope you might still be interested, and I would be happy to arrange another appointment to show you townhome over the weekend. Once again, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience and the frustration this caused!
