Ty was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. He then attended college in Northern Colorado where he earned a degree in Aviation and achieved his goal of becoming an airline pilot. Ty flew for an airline out of Denver for several years and then relocated to Northern KY when he began his career as a pilot for Allegiant Air.
