I have been licensed transaction coordinator since November 2016.  My role is to make sure all the transaction deadlines and paperwork are taken care of; and most importantly, is to get clients up in the system, and to keep them the loop with updates, feedback, and reports. I continuously update and improve my system to better support agents and to better serve our clients.
