    Eric, I believe it’s important to clarify key details for accuracy. Your home received a full-price offer in a short period of time, which was a significant improvement compared to when it had previously been on the market without success under another agent. A price that was set by you and your wife. The only agenda I had was to secure you an offer that met your requirements for your situation and timeline. I had no prior relationship with the buyer's agent nor was she a personal acquaintance as you have alleged. I did not simply withdraw from communication and nor was it because you sought clarification of an issue. At your request, all communication with you was to cease during the middle of the transaction otherwise you were reporting me to the FBI, this also came with multiple threats against me. Because you could not be left without representation, others were appointed to communicate directly with you, while I continued handling every other aspect of the sale behind the scenes. Your decision to cut off communication with the brokerage at varying points was your own choice and well documented. In addition, your repeated negative emails, baseless accusations, and efforts to defame were documented and reported to others including my attorney. At no time was anyone appointed at the brokerage hostile as you have mentioned in other negative reviews; the hostility was very one-sided and continues 5 months later as illustrated in your continued efforts to write multiple negative reviews on myself and others. Despite the challenges you presented then and continue to present, your transaction was properly managed through closing with and without your active participation, and you achieved a full-price sale of your home. I remain committed to advocating for my clients and providing professional service, even in difficult circumstances. I pray you find another outlet for your displaced anger.
