However, I want to address your concerns sincerely. I understand how stressful this experience can be, especially with significant issues like HVAC repairs. Throughout our communication, I provided you with all the documentation you requested to ensure your lawyer had the necessary facts and paperwork to explore your options for legally exiting the contract. My priority has always been to support my clients in making informed decisions. I would never encourage a client to close on a home they are not happy with for the sake of a commission. Providing a great customer experience is my goal each and every time.While the seller's HVAC technician agreed to handle the repairs, I recognize your preference for your trusted specialist, which was not an option accepted by the seller.
