I have never worked with an alisonwishworld, nor have I ever sold a home in Oakton, VA. I have worked with a tenant client by the name of Tori Vestal that became abnormally obsessed with one single rental property that she was not selected for and I believe she is behind this fake home purchase review and another (using a different fake client name but same text) that was already removed from another site. Communication with Tori regarding this rental property transaction is well documented. I not only did my job well for her but went above and beyond to help her get a fair chance to be selected. She insisted that she get a response in one business day to which the listing agents and owner declined. She had her mother call me to press me further. Tori continued to press and lacked patience and composure, contacting the listing agent directly and sending multiple emails to the listing agent, I was informed. I advised her that despite my best effort to get her application considered and approved quickly with the listing side, there could be a chance that she may not get selected because the owner wanted to consider other applications before deciding on hers and her qualifications did not meet that of a very strong application in today's competitive market. I gave her suggestions to better position her application with the owner to which I helped her craft a letter. I made repeated calls, texts and advocated for her to the listing agents. I encouraged her to consider other properties and sent her other recommendations but she was not receptive to that despite my professional advice. She also stated early on that she had been approved for an apartment. Ironically she had a deadline with the apartment complex on the same day she was demanding an approval answer from the owner of subject property.
