Stated she had "too much interest" in a property to be "bothered with my question" about the well's capacity for an agricultural property. Just awful.Response from TERA MORGAN on 4/10/2017
county water/sewer? Well and septic Can you tell me what the well produces per minute and if it's sulfur or spring fed Sorry no clue on that ;Well can you find out?? No I have no idea who would have that information sorry this was my fathers home and he died and I'm the only one that has lived there any length of time during my life and I don't know.It's a very standard question for a home with a well..; honestly if you are basing a drive on that there are many other issues with the home you would be much more concerned over. I'm not trying to be difficult but I really just don't have the ability to deal with a question like that; Wow. You are as uninformed as you are rude. A home cannot be financed if the well produces less than adequate gallons per minute in agricultural zoning. How completely unprofessional and obnoxious. Sorry at 10:30 at night I don't have the patience to entertain your inability to accept my answer......
