This individual contacted me by phone claiming to be an out-of-state investor. I get multiple calls daily from similar people wanting to do "creative" financing type deals on my investment package listings, that my clients typically aren't interested in. Due to the fact that he seemed friendly on the phone, I was willing to try to help him, even though my client typically doesn't respond the these offers. Because it turned out to be a low-ball, verbal offer, requesting a "creative" option that consisted of mortgage fraud, my client wasn't in a hurry to counter. I reached out to my client several times, but he is very busy & I wasn't getting any responses. This individual continued to contact me & ask questions. One day, out of the blue, this gentleman didn't like my responses about the fact that the deal likely wouldn't work, and my client's lack of interest, so he became hostile & aggressive towards me. I recommended that he find his own agent to represent him. Because I would not tolerate his behavior, he accused me of things like being more interested in my image vs concerned about my client, among other nasty remarks, so I blocked him on all platforms. Since then, he continues to stalk every page that he can and post more negative reviews. This individual appears to be contacting multiple Realtors, across the country, with similar unqualified offers. Due to his criminal history & hostility, I believe that this individual is potentially dangerous & recommend that Realtors do their due diligence & not engage with him. *This is a false, retaliatory review & has been submitted to Zillow for removal*
