Very sorry you had bad experience however it out of my control if an agent or seller removes a lockbox from the home. You’re second showing request you where called and text 3x in the morning to be notified of the changes in the showing time by the seller. You didn’t respond to any of my attempts to reach you . I even sent you screen shots of the text messages and the call in the morning.
