Sarah was never a client of mine. She rented a house from me. Within days of moving in, she had a complaint I could not resolve to her satisfaction. I offered her a full refund of her rent and deposit. She accepted the refund and then proceeded to write a poor Zillow review. Our only relationship was as landlord and tenant. Her review says she "dropped me" as if we had some sort of client representation agreement, which we did not. It is unfortunate that I was unable to resolve her complaint despite my efforts to do so and even more unfortunate that I provided her a complete refund only to have her try to damage my business.
