You are NOT a client. I met you as a courtesy to view Packard Dr. You found out how much it would cost to have a dog. You wanted me to change that amount. I put the property on the market the day before, and I was not going to change anything on the listing without my client's permission or anytime before at least 2 weeks had passed. I wouldn't do it for you, and I would not do it for anyone else.
