This is a terrible tenant that we had to evict due to her and her family living in less than sanitary conditions and brought dogs, chickens and ducks to the property without permission. We found urine and feces throughout the home and cost us more than $10,000 to fix the home after they left. Unfortunate situation and we have filed another judgement as well for the damages that they caused to the property.
