When questioned about items outside of the scope of a realtor we refer to the proper municipal departments and/or certified inspectors. All listings are viewed by each member of the team. If you would have liked to come in and talk to me, I could have taken care of your concerns or directed you appropriately. The Kiper Team sells over 300 homes/year and are in the top 1% of agents in the country. We did not achieve this by lacking in customer service or disobeying Real Estate Laws of agency and/or Client Responsibilities. We take care of our buyers and sellers within the laws including presenting all offers to our clients.
