I'm sorry that my service level did not meet your expectations. I was surprised to read your comments, since I devoted a majority of my time to show you and your husband over 50 homes within a vast 100-mile radius in Northern Illinois over the course of nine months. I responded to hundreds of communications in a timely manner at all hours of the day. We had a conversation in which we agreed to stop looking at homes to purchase until your home was both listed, and we saw the activity on your home. Six weeks after listing your home in one of the hottest markets in recent history, we had two open house visitors, and two brokers show the home. One party had mild interest, but that interest was was conditional upon purchasing the adjacent parcel of land, which was owned by different owner, and not even on the market. The broker was contacted, and unfortunately a deal never materialized. It was not "killed" by me. I constantly strive to provide the highest level of service possible for my clients at all times. I am always looking for ways to improve, so thank you for your feedback. I wish you well going forward.
