Shawn was a pleasure to work with from the first day I met him. He was a first time home buyer who has tried several times over the years to get approved with no luck. After our first sit down , we put a plan together ,He Spoke with Ashton Cesar Loan officer at Zillow Home loans . He quickly got him approved also a no cost appraisal and Shawn was able to purchase his very first home! We spoke about building wealth through real estate and already have the next plan in place.
