Found a tenant for a home.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsThe most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with. Actually gave a tenant a key and signed lease before collecting rent and security. Squatters took 4 mos to get out. Zero help from Tom Wilkins. Stay far away
