    I want to address the concerns mentioned in this review to ensure clarity and accuracy. First and foremost, I want to clarify that I do not require or request clients to sign a buyer broker agreement before touring a property, nor have I ever sent or forced anyone to sign such a contract. This is not a practice I follow, and it goes against my professional approach to working with clients. These are only touring agreements that all agents are required by law to have before entering a property which this client refused to sign as well. Additionally, I was made aware that client was already working with another real estate agent. Once I learned of this, I did not reach back out to client, as it is both unethical and against industry guidelines to interfere with an existing agent-client relationship. I strive to maintain professionalism and respect these boundaries at all times. This client expressed they wanted me to show them the property without their agent present. Again, not something I do out of respect for the industry, other agents, and our ethics we stand by. As a licensed real estate agent , I stay informed of all rules, regulations, and changes (which have recently happened that some individuals are unaware of) to best serve my clients. I take great pride in maintaining a high rating industry wide and helping so many people make their dreams a reality. I do have all correspondence from this interaction and I understand there may have been some miscommunication. I wish you success in your future real estate endeavors. Thank you.
