BOB - I'm sorry you were unhappy with my services as your Realtor. My responsiveness to your communications were always quick & swift. I am a huge communicator as referenced by the over 100+, 5-star Zillow reviews. Every communication via text or email were answered to within minutes so I don't agree with your statement. As far as your comment about me refusing to do open houses, I have done multiple open houses for you and not once did I EVER neglect to provide feedback after each & every open house, again communicating and being responsive. In terms of being passive, and not providing guidance this is simply untrue. We've had multiple conversations where I have provided guidance from pricing strategies, market data, comparable sales, and suggestions to switching furniture from one room to another. Unfortunately your micro-managing me on everything from having to write the description for your properties to arguing with me over pricing & comparable sales is something that I'm not used to as a 20+ year Top producing agent. I think you should look at yourself as the real problem and stop blaming me for all your problems. I give you a ZERO star review as a client! Go away!
