You are such a powerful woman and nothing could take you down. You and I know that your home buying process was by far the most challenging experiences of them all. However, we fought, we fought and we fought. I knew that my knowledge, expertise and fighting power was going to get you to the closing table, and nothing was going to prevent me from doing so. Furthermore, we closed on your home 05/14, and that day is my deceased mother's birthday- also the day I got married. Such a special day to me which now you're a part of. Ms. Janet, Thank you for taking the time out to review me on the sale of your home as I was your listing agent. My business and I greatly appreciate it as there is always room for improvement. I am so sorry that you feel my responsiveness could have been better. Please tell me how it could have been better. Everything you asked or needed I was there for. I took you to the doctor (before you were my client), I fed you and your two dogs McDonald's per your request and paid for it (you requested that I get 4 plain cheeseburgers for your dog- not 2 because I got 2 the first time), I paid my son and godson to pack your items up (my expense), and I also listed your home for a discounted fee. I am so sorry that I didn't meet your expectations as I went above and beyond what the average listing agent would do.
