I am very surprised by this review. The sellers said nothing but nice things throughout the process and were happy with the end result. We had consistent communication (mostly via text). There was a time that we had very limited showings and those agents did not provide feedback for me to give the seller. I am always responsive. In regards to the closing, we did close 3 days earlier than the scheduled closing date. The attorneys set the closing date with the buyers and sellers once all paperwork has been completed. The realtor finds out about the scheduled date after it has been set. The sellers did not tell me or the attorney that the closing date was a problem or we would have addressed it. We did communicate after the appraisal was done on 3-4 different occasions. To say anything else is just not accurate. I always strive to make sure that my clients are satisfied with my service. I was able to get them the 4th highest price/sq ft in their area this past year (out of 59 sales).
