I am sorry for all of the issues! Have you contacted the landlord? The landlord is responsible for the stove and unit issues. I was told the unit was cleaned after the new carpet was installed. I have not heard from you about any issues since you moved in several months ago. The move in instructions were in the rules and regulations packet you signed off on when you were given the lease. Let me know if I can help get a hold of the landlord for you.
