We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in VALocal knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI found Trish to be difficult to work with, unprofessional, and rude. She was very agressive and changed our agreement at the last minute. I would be careful who you sign as your agent--because you can be hamstrung with a bad one.

I realize it has been quite a while since I first received this review. I have tried over numerous months to get in contact with the individual who posted this review, since I do not recall any poor situations occurring with anyone. That being said, I found out who wrote this review and tried many times to contact the person, through many avenues. Unfortunately, the Poster has gone incognito, and I cannot find them anywhere (I’ve even had others try to find them on the internet … even his new business started no longer exists). The Poster was a previous Realtor that I had worked with on a rental transaction for his client to rent one of my client’s home … several years ago, actually. I think that there were some items that his client was not happy about with regard to the Lease, but there were no problems with myself and this Realtor. May I mention that this Poster was no longer a Realtor when they wrote the review. Please allow me to apologize for any issues that there may have been with the Lease or with me or my Owners. I wish I had known how upsetting the transaction had been for you, as I would have tried to do anything possible to assist you. I truly hope that was not what ended your career in real estate. I hope the best for you in all of your future endeavors. Truly.

Please accept my truly sincere apologies for the way in which you were treated by Ken. He is a new Realtor with our company, and I do so appreciate the feedback. With regard to the other items, please allow me to explain. Many times Buyers do not thoroughly read the listing and when they find out the high condo fees, they realize that they do not want to pay the amount. I just wanted to make certain that you were okay with that high fee. It is always best to speak with a lender to find out your buying power … what you can afford and what payments will be so that you are comfortable making your monthly payments. I think maybe the emails may not have been able to relay these items properly … and I do apologize for any misunderstanding.
