Realtor was listing agent of the home and we used her as the buyer as we were buying long distance. Definitely only represented the seller. Had to resign contract three times due to errors. I am truly sorry you felt like I was not treating you unfairly. The seller was terminally ill and I was worried she may pass prior to closing. You may have interpreted this as caring more for her, but that was not the case. We had higher offers than yours at the time. I discussed with you for the lower price, she wanted certain concessions due to her illness. You agreed to this. I negotiated the lowest price for you in that neighborhood for similar square footage for the entire year! There were many buyers competing for that home, and the seller chose you because you agreed to the concessions. In return, you got the lowest price per square foot that year in that neighborhood, which I negotiated for you. None of us met you directly until after the close. I take it quite seriously and will try to be more careful in the future. Thank-you for your criticism, I will grow as a professional from it.
